  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or delivery fees unless expressly stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms, delivery estimates, risk of loss, and damage reporting requirements are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Products are sold with a manufacturer’s limited warranty, as described in our Warranty Policy.

  • Except where required by law, we make no additional warranties, express or implied.

7. Guided Tours & Events

Participation in guided tours or events is subject to the following conditions:

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff

  • Helmets are mandatory unless otherwise stated

  • Participants must meet any stated age, height, weight, or physical requirements

  • All participants must execute a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement prior to participation

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Assumption of Risk & Safety

By purchasing products or participating in services or tours, you acknowledge that:

  • Riding eBikes involves inherent risks

  • You are responsible for safe operation and compliance with all instructions

  • You assume all risks associated with misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow guidance

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and website materials, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or use
