This Shipping Policy applies to all electric bicycle (“eBike”) and accessory purchases made online and in-store within the United States.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy, as well as our Return Policy and Payment Method Policy.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment authorization and verification in accordance with our Payment Methods & Billing Policy.

  • Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, verification requirements, and business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may be limited or unavailable for certain eBike models due to carrier restrictions.

Availability may change without notice.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected at our discretion unless otherwise stated.

  • eBikes are shipped via freight or specialized carriers due to size, weight, and battery regulations.

  • Accessories and smaller items may ship separately using standard parcel carriers.

Multiple shipments may occur for a single order.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

  • Transit times may be affected by:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Supply chain disruptions

    • Regulatory or safety inspections

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or disclosed at the point of sale.

  • Shipping, handling, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests, remote locations, or access limitations.


Risk of Loss & Title

  • For online purchases, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

  • For in-store pickup purchases, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.


Delivery Requirements

  • A valid delivery address is required.

  • Signature confirmation may be required at our discretion.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in additional fees or order cancellation.


In-Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup availability varies by location.

  • Orders must be picked up within the timeframe communicated at purchase.

  • Unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked, subject to applicable fees.


Shipping Damage or Defective Items

For online orders:

  • Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damage or defects must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Photo or video documentation of the product and packaging is required.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments may be treated as returns and subject to:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Restocking fees

  • Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.

Assembly & Setup

  • eBikes may arrive partially assembled.

  • Customers are responsible for proper final assembly, inspection, and setup unless professional assembly is purchased.

  • Improper assembly may void warranty coverage.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
