Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all electric bicycle (“eBike”) purchases made online or in-store within the United States.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final Unless Expressly Stated

Except where required by applicable state or federal law, all eBike sales are final once the product has been delivered, picked up, or ridden.

Returns are accepted only under the limited conditions described in this policy.


Eligibility for Returns

An eBike may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of:

    • Delivery date (for online purchases), or

    • In-store pickup date (for in-store purchases)

  • The eBike is:

    • Unused and unridden

    • In new, resalable condition

    • Free from wear, damage, dirt, scratches, or signs of operation

  • The eBike includes:

    • Original packaging

    • All accessories, charger, keys, manuals, and documentation

Any eBike that has been ridden, activated, registered, modified, or damaged is not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • eBikes that have been ridden or used

  • Custom-built, customized, or modified eBikes

  • Clearance, demo, display, or final-sale items

  • Batteries purchased separately

  • Accessories, parts, or apparel unless defective upon receipt


Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, at our sole discretion, to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Original shipping, handling, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable.


Return Authorization Required

  • All returns must be pre-authorized.

  • Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


Return Shipping (Online Purchases)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured carrier.

  • Risk of loss or damage during return shipping remains with the customer until received and inspected.


In-Store Purchases

  • eBikes purchased in-store must be returned to the original store location, unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all in-store returns.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned eBike.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing after approval.

  • Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable restocking fees, damage fees, or missing components.


Damaged or Defective on Arrival

For online purchases only:

  • Claims for shipping damage or defects must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or video documentation of:

    • The damage or defect

    • Original packaging and shipping materials

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Manufacturer Warranty

  • All eBikes are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, where applicable.

  • Warranty coverage is separate from this return policy.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.


State-Specific Rights

This policy does not limit or waive any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable U.S. state or federal law. Certain states may provide additional consumer protections regarding defective products or implied warranties.

Where state law requires a different outcome, state law shall control.


Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
