Payment Methods

This Payment Methods Policy applies to all purchases made online and in-store within the United States.

By submitting payment, the customer represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agrees to the terms below.

We accept the following major cards:

All card transactions are subject to authorization and fraud prevention screening.

Digital Wallets

Where available, we accept:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

Use of digital wallets is subject to the wallet provider’s terms and conditions.

Financing & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Where offered, we may provide access to third-party financing or installment payment services, including but not limited to:

  • Affirm

  • Klarna

  • Afterpay

Important disclosures:

  • Financing approval is determined solely by the third-party provider

  • Interest, fees, repayment schedules, and eligibility are governed by the provider’s terms

  • We do not guarantee financing approval and are not responsible for financing decisions

Refunds for financed purchases are handled according to the financing provider’s policies and may not result in immediate account credits.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Store-issued gift cards and store credit may be used toward eligible purchases

  • Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable

  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law

In-Store Payment Options

In-store locations may also accept:

  • Cash (where permitted)

  • Certified or cashier’s checks (subject to verification)

  • Other payment methods as posted at the store location

Accepted methods may vary by location.

Payment Authorization & Verification

  • All transactions are subject to authorization and verification

  • We reserve the right to request:

    • Additional identity verification

    • Government-issued photo ID (for in-store purchases)

  • Orders may be delayed, canceled, or refunded if payment cannot be verified or authorized

Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated based on:

    • Delivery destination (online orders), or

    • Store location (in-store purchases)

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice

Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments

  • Orders with failed, reversed, or disputed payments may be:

    • Canceled

    • Suspended

    • Refunded at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to recover allowable costs related to:

    • Chargebacks

    • Payment disputes

    • Returned or rejected payments

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights under applicable law.

Chargebacks & Billing Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Excessive, fraudulent, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refusal of future service

  • Account restrictions

This does not waive any rights provided under federal or state consumer protection laws.

Refunds & Original Payment Method

  • Approved refunds are issued only to the original form of payment, unless otherwise required by law

  • Refund timing depends on the payment method and financial institution

  • Financing refunds are processed in accordance with the financing provider’s procedures

Payment Security

  • We take reasonable measures to help protect your payment information during transmission and processing.

    Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI-DSS–compliant payment infrastructure and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate, current, and authorized for use.

State & Federal Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit or waive any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable U.S. federal or state law. Where state law requires additional disclosures or protections, those laws shall govern.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Methods & Billing Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
